A public hearing is scheduled for 5:30 Dec. 9 on the proposed Petrosa Master Planned Development, a 179-acre Community Master Plan with at least 1,100 various housing units, 22 acres of Commercial General land, 10 acres for an elementary school and 22+ acres of open space.
This hearing will be before the Planning Commission in the City council chambers, 710 NW Wall St.,
Located in the Urban Growth Boundary of the Boyd Acres Neighborhood, the proposed Petrosa development would add 1100 housing units to Bend's housing stock. The will consider making Type 111 Quasi-judicial amendments to the Bend Development Code to accommodate the proposed Master Plan subdivision.
