BANA's Member meeting will feature two speakers:  Todd Dunkelberg, director,  Deschutes County Library and Omar Ahmed or Bob Townsend from ODOT with an update on Hwy97 interchange project.
Dunkelberg will update us on plans for a new central library building to be constructed off Robal Road west of Hwy 20.
This general membership meeting is open to all Boyd Acres residents and businesses

Proposal: Site Plan review for a proposed industrial building to be located at 63035 Lower Meadow Drive within the North Brinson Business Park. The building will be 11,839 sq ft in size and include five internal units.

PL20-0778 Notice of Public Hearing for Bend Development Code Amendments relating to Special Districts, Master Plans, Improvement Standards, Juniper Ridge Overlay Zone

City Proposal to Amend the Bend Development Code (BDC)  Chapters 1.2, various Definitions, Special Planned Districts, Refinement Standards and 4.7 Transportation Analysis.
The proposed amendments are primarily related to Article XI, Juniper Ridge Overlay Zone. They also include BDC amendments to various lanes (streets) that are "not authorized for lane expansion". The hearing will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2021 beginning at 7:00 PM, via a virtual meeting platform. The meeting will be held via the internet through ZOOM
