Bend City council will devote two session in September to discussing the proposed changes to the Building Code.  The changes are in compliance with a State law promoting the construction of "Middle Housing" in all residential zones in cities throughout the state.  Known as HB2001, the law is intended to provide more choices in housing types and more affordable housing units.
