Long termed the Fred Meyer project, the development will now include the two anchor stores, Costco and Fred Meyer as well as two retail service stations and areas for smaller retail stores. There will be a residential component.
The developer has scheduled a public meeting for 6 p.m. April 9, 2020 using a toll-free line that will allow a conference call. Instructions on how to sign in to the meeting will be forth coming.
Ann Marie Colucci, local representative of the developer, said the master plan has been updated to include changes in HWY 20 at Robal Road.
