Project Proposal: Bend Development Code amendments to Chapter 4.1, Development Review and Procedures, regarding public meetings, notification and public comment processes for Type II and Type III applications. Note: Proposed changes extend notification periods, increase notification areas and extend posting duration.
Public Meeting Date Time and Location:
The meeting will be held Monday, November 9, 2020 beginning at 5:30 PM, via a virtual meeting platform. The meeting will be held on-line via ZOOM. To participate:
- Download the Zoom application prior to the meeting
- Follow attendance instructions posted with the
meeting agenda (the agenda will be posted sometime prior to the scheduled meeting) which can be found at
www.bendoregon.gov/planningcommissionor
- You may also participate by telephone. Again, follow attendance instructions posted with the meeting agenda.
