Council will consider staff recommendations to change the Bend Development Code in order to comply with State law eliminating Single Family Resident only zones.
The amendments describe how multifamily units such as triplexes etc should be situated, landscaped and constructed in areas across the city. It also proposes to eliminate all parking requirements on the lot of new structures.
Residents must register to testify on the proposed changes.
