Planning Commission will hold a work session on December 13th at 5:30 pm and a public hearing on December 27th at 5:30 pm to review the proposed amendments.
The amendments cover: changes to bike routes, Juiper Ridge overlay zones, design standards for quadplexes, cottage homes and off street parking. See code Chapter 7 Transportation systems. Also the definitions section Chapter 1.2, 2.1 design standards
The City Council is tentatively scheduled for a public hearing on January 19th at 7 pm.
