The City issued a public notice on PZ-19-0515 Type III amendment to Bend Development Code to create the Petrosa Master Planned Development on 179 acres with at least 1,100 housing units of various types, 22 acres of Commercial General (CG), 10 aces for an elementary school and 22+ of open space with a 5.3 acre park.
