City Seeks Variance for Project

Juniper Ridge Employment Subdistrict Phase 2

 

REQUEST: The Applicant is requesting a Class C Variance associated with

Site Plan Review application PLSPR20230206 for Juniper Ridge

Lot 8. The Variance is being requested to construct driveway

aprons 40’ wide versus the 35’ standard to allow for the truck

turning movements associated with the industrial use.
