The City will require a public hearing on the proposed 141 lot subdivision at 63300 Boyd Acres Road.
Project Request: To develop a six-phase, 141 lot residential subdivision on 20.4 acres zoned Residential Standard Density (RS). This application has been elevated to a Public Hearing.
Location: 63300 and 63302 Boyd Acres Road, 20675 Morningstar Road and additional lots. Includes undeveloped lands between Morningstar Road and Town Drive, Bend, Oregon.
Public Meeting Date Time and Location:
The meeting will be held Monday, November 16, 2020 beginning at 9:00 AM, via a virtual meeting platform. The meeting will be held via the internet through WebEx:
